Thriving During Intense Energy

As summer is winding down, there’s a lot going on, as usual, in this giant classroom we call life. There are some shifts going on and it seems that people are picking up on this energy. I’ve been getting questions such as “what is going on in the cosmos?” and “why do things feel so crazy lately?”. So if you’ve been feeling it too, you’re not alone. These cycles, of what feel like highs and lows, peaceful and hectic, are nothing new. When the energy feels more intense, it’s helping us let go of the old, to move us into something new, into a better place, into higher vibrations.

 

But here’s the thing, not everyone is feeling the energy the same way. By that I mean, when the energy is intense, you don’t have to feel wiped out, stressed out, overwhelmed or emotional, like you’re struggling underwater. You can ride through it like a buoy floating on the water. There are things you can do to own your power and start feeling better right now! Because it’s just energy and vibrations. You have the power right now to change or shift your vibration. What are you waiting for?

 

You can start by owning your energetic boundaries. You have your space around you and what feels best in that space is your own energy. Keep that space clear of other energy by creating a bubble of light around you and clearing your energetic space (the Swap and Drop is good for this, along with running some cosmic energy through you). Grounding and centering help you feel more stable and help your physical body feel safe (it feels the energy too).

 

You can also shift your energy by changing your thoughts and your words. Here’s an example. I was recently talking with someone who was telling me about their upcoming week. They had a bunch of appointments and meetings, which also meant they would not be in the office that much either (they are in a managerial position). They were saying how hectic the week would be going here and there and how they were worried about the office running smoothly with them not there. I stopped them before that energy picked up any more momentum. I reminded them that by continuing to talk about the week in that way, then things would happen matching those thoughts and words. I gave them some suggestions on how to change their words, which would shift the energy and help them change their thoughts too.

“I can always handle what comes my way”

“I can manage my schedule with ease”

“Things run smoothly at the office when I’m not there”

“Things are always working out for me”

Can you feel the difference just in changing the words? Things start to feel lighter, better, hopeful.

 

By remembering that your point of power is always in the present moment and being aware of how you are feeling in that moment, now you’re cooking with gas! Because if you’re not feeling good about something, you can always change it right then and there. Now. In the present moment. That’s what conscious creating is!

 

So if the energy of late is feeling intense to you, own your power and do something now to feel better! You are not here to be overwhelmed by energy or situations or relationships. You are not here to be a victim of anything. You are not meant to feel like you’re hanging on to the end of your rope. You are here to remember your divine power – to learn how to use it to create a life that is fulfilling and pleasing for you. That means feeling better and getting better at navigating whatever is going on in the world or in your life. Because there will always be something going on, but you don’t have to suffer through it. You can and are meant to THRIVE through it!
