Being One With The Abundance Around You – A Breathing Exercise

I’m excited to share a breathing exercise with you! It was inspired by an Abraham-Hicks meditation I heard recently. It’s part meditation, part centering, part reminder of who you are as spirit and capitalizes on the Law of Attraction too! Plus, you can do it in a couple of minutes!

Close your eyes and focus on your breathing.

In. Out. In. Out. Bring your breath in deeper, engaging your diaphragm (belly breathing).

In. Out. In. Out. Let the thoughts and chatter swirling around in your head fade away as you focus on your breath.

In. Out. In. Out. With each breath everything slows down more. It’s calmer, quieter.

In. Out. In. Out. With each breath, your body relaxes more.

In. Out. In. Out. With each breath you take, you allow yourself to become one with the energy that is always around you – love, support, prosperity and abundance.

In. Out. In. Out. Continue for as long as you like.

In. Out. In. Out.

This has been my go-to technique for about a week now and I’m loving it! It brings me back to the divine truth that I am loved and supported, that there is prosperity and abundance all around me. That divine truth applies to everyone, including you! It’s right there, it’s part of the deal that comes with being a soul, being more than just your physical body. This technique helps me become one with that love, support, prosperity and abundance, which opens me up to receive it. I relax and let go of any resistance to it. Yes, believe it or not, we get in our own way and end up resisting these divine benefits and goodies. It’s things like Stinkin’ Thinkin’, holding on to anger, being annoyed about something and not understanding your self-worth as a soul. Your focus is then on things you don’t want, which the Law of Attraction will bring more of to you if you continue to focus on it. Use this technique then to refocus and realign with all that great energy!

There’s no time limit on this. I’ve done the technique for a few minutes and up to about 30 minutes. It depends on how much time I have and how deep I want to go into it. And when I’m done, I feel way better than when I started!
