Before you were born, your soul put a lot of thought into this lifetime. Things like your appearance, personality, family, the circumstances you were born into and experiences it wanted to have were considered, all for the purpose of helping your soul to learn and evolve. That planning also included timing, both within your family and within what’s happening in the world.

Your soul knew the possibilities of what could happen in the world during this lifetime. It knew there was a possibility our country could get to the state we find ourselves in now. Yet it still decided to be here in this timeframe. It still said “I want to try this out, to experience it”.

I bring this up because if you, like me, are looking around at the world, at our country and questioning why you are right here, right now, know this was no accident. There wasn’t some mistake made in your divine paperwork! Your soul knew what it was getting into. It not only knew, it was also eager to experience it!

Are you now wondering what the heck your soul was thinking when it decided now would be a good time to be here? It made that decision knowing full well it (you) could navigate anything. That you would have your intuition and a Spirit Team to guide and support you. That you could face any challenge this lifetime held for you and make it through. That you could do more than just survive, you could thrive!

If what we are experiencing right now is getting you down, know you’re not alone. I encourage you to get quiet and go within, to connect with your soul and remember that eagerness it felt about this lifetime. There’s a spiritual feistiness there, a determination to shine regardless of the circumstances. You are capable of navigating this, of rising above this muck and mire. Stand in your power! Shine your light! Don’t let other’s fear distract you from this truth! Because we need people to remember this now. We need people who can hold the light and help lift others up, who can lead the way with love and compassion.
