Refund Policy / Cancellations / Rescheduling

In the event that a session has to be postponed, I will make every effort to let the client know as far in advance as possible and reschedule at the earliest convenience.

If a session must be rescheduled more than two times by me, I will issue a full refund to the client.

If a session must be rescheduled more than two times by the client, a refund will be issued, minus any fees to process the refund. I would greatly appreciate as much notice in advance (24-48 hours) as possible.
