These are my core intentions in any work I do. Whether it’s a one-on-one session, reading party, class, presentation, my blog or anything else I create. They are individual themes that ultimately tie into and build on each other.
My work is based on energy and vibration. Everything is energy and has its own unique vibration. That includes you, me, other people, animals, objects, emotions, thoughts… you name it, it’s energy. So, given that it’s the basis of everything, it makes sense to start there, to make changes and shift at that level first.
As I’m working with a person, I am looking where energy is and isn’t flowing. It could be within you, in a situation, relationship, etc. It’s then a matter of clearing away blocks or resistance in order to enhance the flow. Those blocks and resistance can be things like emotions that weren’t expressed, trauma or drama from the past, old beliefs, fears, beliefs about self-worth, programming or a past life. I have a group of nonphysical beings that I work and play with. I call them my Spirit Posse. I channel messages, guidance, love, support and healing from them. They help me as I look at the flow of energy – to understand what any blocks are, where they are located and then to clear them. My Spirit Posse is willing to address any issue, problem or situation. As they do, they always come back to two central themes: 1. owning your power and 2. overcoming any kind of fear (meanings anything that is not love – anger, sadness, hopelessness, overwhelmed, anxiety, etc.) so that you live your divine truth as much as possible. They have a great sense of humor, are playful and will inject laughter and lightness wherever possible and appropriate!

Laughing In Amazement!
This is a phrase I use to describe my reaction when I experience things with Spirit. You know, those things that are amazing and almost unbelievable that give you goose bumps. It’s that moment you realize there’s something bigger than you going on, when you feel a profound connection with Spirit. It’s such a beautifully intense feeling that I usually just end up laughing – laughing in amazement!
